My post count is pretty low,
but could I qualify for a staff or any staff position at all at current state?

If not,
What would I need?

Well, there are several aspects, and many different positions.

If you are very active in-game, Gamemaster. If you blog, a blogger (like me). If you just moderate, SMod, and the list goes on.

You don't necessarily need posts, but you need to know the staff members in the group you are interested in.

Anyone can "qualify" for staff, but few will get the position.

If you don't already know where to apply then you shouldn't be applying.

If you think post count is relevant to whether or not you qualify for staff, then I'd advise you to stop right here, get more experience and knowledge and then think about applying.

As marcus said, you need to aim for a specific staff position, not for whichever.

Be sensible.
Be mature.
Be active.

if you have to ask, you probably dont qualify.
staff is a leadership position, and leaders dont ask

Also you joined about 2 month's ago?
Someone who is really active and has been around here for say 3 years has a much bigger chance to get such a position although it isnt always nessecairy but they just have alot more experience.

When you think a post count is relevant to being a staff member, you wont become a staff member.
