Hey ! I know people get usertitles as such and have to pay 200k for them.


What I dont understand is how do people get picture usertitles that are like shaking and moving.

If anyone knows how I would like a artist to make one for me.

Those are images with a .gif extension.

Go google anything and type in "gif" after that.

That's all there really is to it.

They make the picture looks moving because it's Gif file. They probably make it with photoshop, gimp etc
Just informing that i can do something like that, feel free to throw me a pm if you're interested.

The scrolling usertitles have marquee effect on them, which is only available via admin control panel. They are not gif files because you can highlight the text.

So far I have only seen staff members with these usertitles, I'm not sure whether normal users can have it or not.
