Yes.

His answers make sense ^ and well at the beggining of 2011 as I remembered this forum got hacked by a pro hacker, and that forces this forum to reset and delete all database, and after a month or 2 this forum already totally fixed, I think the staffs aren't just an ordinary people.

The staff is composed by a group of incredible people, most of the problems that happens everyday are fixed so fast, that we don't even notice(Spambot nukes are the best example).
So yeah, if it happens on the forums, things get fixed really fast.

In-game occurences are often more problematic(duel scams, racism, etc), but 90% of them are solved.

You can help staff simply by reporting spam-bots the moment you saw them. They can't be everywhere at once, so any help from us is welcomed.
