u can buy both. there is no direct diffrence.

the head texture is just for normally heads in the size 128x128 pixels.
the other one is a extra texture for head in the size 256x256.. the diffrence between that is, a greater image is more detailed. so if u want really detailed heads u can buy a 512x512too. but if u dont have the tc. a 128x128 is enough
