All Organic Cucumbers are is a collecters items. You can't use them all you can do is buy them, sell them, trade them or leave them in your inventory.

You need to collect 100 of each to earn the achievement. So that means 100 of the pickled cucumbers to gdt their achievement, and 100 of the normal cucumbers to get their achievement.
