I have windows toribash 3.94 and alot of replays, i want to update my toribash to 3.99, but will all my (scripts- mods- ect) get eraised?

Yes, however if you copy your replays file and mods file to a hard disk you can move them to 3.99 after that.

No they won't, you just have 2 toribash folders "3.94." And 3.99." on your local disk, so just do what Cerronegro said. Copy the replays, script etc to your newest version and you are done with it.
