Ok the ppl in my clan are being dicks and leaving for no reason. I got rid of the problem so what should I do to keep my clan from dying

If I were you, I would hold an official [-Ethereal] lobby , with either you or one of your clans high up members in as ops. If you see any of them that you like , give them the link to the recruitment thread. Doing this will get a lot of good and polite players that don't spend too much time on the forums to be interested.

Perhaps it's not them that's being the "dicks" as you say.

You should lay down rules and tell them your the leader. My clan started to get carried away with spam, and told them straight up.

If you don't stop with the spamming posts, I will boot you from the clan.

Be a leader, lay down strict parts. I am nice at times, and let them slip, but once they slip to far, I get strick.

If somebody is a dick in your clan. Kick him and start inviting nice people

Well for starters, asking advice from randoms about how to keep your clan above the water won't do you any good. Really.

It's just that if you want your clan to get anywhere, the first thing you need is confidence.
Do what you feel is right. Maybe look at other clans to get ideas?
