Is it and would it be possible to change my name, for 100k, to a name that is taken, but currently banned?

As far as I know the rules goes...That if you want to claim a username that has already been taken, that user would have had to have been inactive for some time (I think it was 3 years).

I have no idea if you can take it if the user is banned though...You could always pm someone from the staff.

The account has to be inactive for 3 years or more whether banned or not.

If you wish to get a name change you'll need to pm an Admin. Smods and the rest can't do name changes.
