each numerical value (^01-^99) has a different colour associated with it. I used to know a link to a list of the codes.

It works like this.
For example, if you wanna write "Good Game" in red, you should type in:
^71 Good Game
and when you press enter, it will be shown like this:
Good Game
Or for blue it will be like this;
^28 Good game
Good game

This symbol " ^ " can be typed by holding Shift + 6 on your keyboard.

Each 2 digit number you put after "^" from 00 to 99 is a code for a color. (Remember that there are many numbers which bring white color; for example, both 00 and 01 are white)
