A kid in my class in 7th grade showed me the game. I played on Single Player for awhile then quit. Then some other guys in my 8th grade were playing the game during our science class, so I joined the forums and began playing on multiplayer

Saw it mentioned somewhere, went and looked it up. That was 2 years ago.

It was a free game than I discovered multiplayer.

I was looking for some stick figure animation programs on youtube, oddly enough, a gameplay vid of toribash came up, checked it out, downloaded it and never stopped playing.

Were looking for something more like "Sumotori" so I searched for something like "sandbox fighting game" and found a site containing various games, uncluding toribash.

Saw some videos, tried it for myself, didn't get shit...Quit and came back after some days and learned the basics.

Heard about toribash from my friends and started to play

My friend showed me it, I thought it was a shit game at first.

Then I got hooked on it, and haven't stopped playing it sense.

I was watching videos of sumotori, and toribash videos came up next. Ironic.
