I heard of 3 letter names, it's not avaliable anymore. Anyway, i saw this guy Ed, with 2 letters, i wonder if it's still possible to have 2 letter names?

Ed probably joined the forum when it was allowed to have two word names. But now, the username you want to register must be four or more characters long.

No idea about name changes though.

You could use minimal 2 letters, space ( two words ), underscore, and other non- number/letter character, longer words, etc.
As far as i know it, correct me if i'm wrong

Its correct there are a few players with with just 2 letter they joined toribash a really while ago
And i think when you change youre name it still need to be minimum 4 letters

There was always a minimum of 3-4 digits to register, but any rules related to that can be overridden by admins. For example, I forgot what who exactly but someone got a namechange to V and stayed like that for a good while a few years back.

ed was originally edjr<numbers>, got a name change
iirc admins don't let you have <4 characters now anyway
