Ok so, I want to know how people transfer money to get tc like when people tranfer money to "tc sellers" what do they use?

If so is a credit card envoled?

Usually, people transfer the money through paypal to the sellers paypal account (with a credit card, yes.)

Others might operate differently... paypal is the safest in general. you still have to watch out for scammers though.
