Ive seen people who have half ops, what is that and how do you get it?BTW IT looks like % in front of there name.

Half ops are usually Uniteam members and trial gm's.

You may attempt to get it by applying for a gm position or a Uniteam Position.

None of that would be considered useful towards any Uniteam/GM position.
