Yeah, I have something called Champtime.
I have no idea what it is.
But when I accidently pressed it 3 hrs of work crashed and couldn't be reset.

Any ideas?

google does not acknowledge the existence of anything called "champtime"
perhaps a little more information.
where did you get it from/what is it? first thought would be malware.

I got it when I installed Twixtor.

google still refuses to acknowledge its existance.
uninstall it and give your pc a nice clean.
