You can create your own levels with anything you want and upload it for all people to play, people can save their replays and rate your level. If your level is good enough it will get put onto the singleplayer level list. There is a list of people to play as for example, irresponsible dad and santa clause.

Yeah, I used to like playing this a lot but recently it's been overrun by assholes who copy other people's levels every bloody day meaning that you see the same old levels in top rating position every day.
And those levels are usually stupid things like "weapons throw" or "glass fall" or "Kill JB" or "ragdoll fall" or "kill a zombie" or "harpoon/arrow run" with small variations in the title and each successive idiot claiming credit for the level. All of those levels have been around for at least half a year now, probably more.

Back in the old days people didn't copy anywhere near as often, and you saw more actual levels than you did stupid copy/paste minigames.

Yeah, then they take credit for it and get high ratings
