Since when did warrior_vs_ninja.tbm become a tourney mod

A GM can do what ever they want for a tourney. They need to follow a very slim guideline on what they do, but as i said its quite slim.

I hadn't noticed.

What I have noticed is the weird new changes to the mod Jousting.tbm.

It's kinda stupid. It's 100% luck, no skill needed.
