Hampa doesn't care if someone wears his set.
If it was a copy of someone else's set or someone was trying to sell hampa's set, it would be a different story.
But like this it isn't considered stealing.

if someone is stealing/attempting to sell or wearing someone else's set then yes you can report it.
I'm not 100% on what board such a report should be posted on(if at all), but you can always just pm a Smod(blue forum name) or a Market Squad(Green forum name) about it.
