i need to know how to change my acc password through e-mail

Go to user cp --> Edit Email & Password --> Type current password then type new password. Click save changes.

If you want to change a lost password of your other account, go here:

and type in your email address.

If the account (whose password you lost) is registered on the same email address as your main account 'Rafyasta', you will get two emails of changing password, one for rafyasta and another for your other account (whose password you lost). I guess it is pretty self explanatory from here on, just follow the steps given in emails.
