For PC
I recommend you use Fraps or any recording software

For Consoles
You need to have a Capture Card or HD PVR

if u have good pc but if not you should compare recorders like fraps,wegame... on me fraps is pretty laggy but its not a prob if u have good pc

i recommened u to use fraps... u can get freeware fraps in google. but they only have 100fps

Try finding one in a Hardware Store or a Gaming Store i'm pretty sure they'll lead you to the place where you can buy it
