Im curious why some avatar have a red words at the top saying "non existing"

What does it mean?
is he/she banned of something?
If he/she is band can he/she play ingame?
can he/she trade?

1.It means that the person is banned.
2.Yes he/she is banned
3.It depends because there are 3 ways of ban
Normal Ban:Can't access some forum boards and can't go in-game
IRC Ban:Can't access the IRC
IP Ban:Can't access the site and In-game
4.Nope

If a person is banned he can't play ingame or go on the forums
but if a person is banned from a server he cant play in the server only other places he can play

1. It means the person is banned.
2. Yes he/she is banned.
3. Depends:

Standard Ban(Infraction Build-Up, Scamming, etc): Will not be able to play ingame and in forum.
Password Expiration Ban(You know): Will not be able to access the forums but the person may still play ingame.
Forum Ban:
-Board Ban: You may not go to the forum board you are banned in.
-Thread Ban: You may not go to the thread you are banned in.
IRC Ban:
-IRC channel ban: You may not access the channel you are banned in.
InGame Ban:
-Room/Server Ban: You will not be able to access the room you are banned in.

4. No you may not trade while you are being banned.
