i was checking the forum as usual but i saw toast said "hampa has said multiple times that anyone can use his set. ",is that what hampa said which we can use his set but diffrent color and the "hamap" to "ex. uke"?

You can use hampa's original textures, he won't mind.
Just don't try selling his textures or claiming that they're yours.

From what I understand he still has the same set from long ago. I'm not 100% sure though. (maybe he'll post to clarify or something)

But just /dl for his currents... they are free game for anyone to use.
