nah, the servers the forums run on are shit.
it happens pretty often, it used to happen more often for less time.
I wouldn't worry too much, it is either a crash, or they pulled it off line on purpose.

But, why would they pull it off-line?
As for the crash theory, would it take that long to repair or heal?
