yeah how do you change the color on the ground and air or what you calls it in game? I have seen it many times but how do you change it?

actually, they are called "shaders". if you have shaders enabled in the options menu(you need an average computer, not a low-end one), you can change the colours, shadows, using the shader browser in the toribash/setup/utils menu.

If you can't run shaders, then you should use fake shaders.
