Sup, got my ps3 not long ago and I'm wondering what games are worth playing?
So far I have:
Skate
COD: mw2
resistance
god of war 3

> ordered
red dead redemption
killzone 2
little big planet

So what else....?

i heard you can get halo on ps3 but you should get crysis 1 and 2 and then get RAGE. COD: black ops, Mostly first person shooters if you are into that stuff

don't get fps games, they are terrible on consoles,( except maybe farcry and crysis, but those are better on pc too).

Also why should he buy black ops? Black ops sucks way more than mw2.

Ontopic: Uncharted 1&2, Granturismo5, infamous, gta4, mass effect 1&2

Yup! black ops suck, battlefield 3 beta suck at consoles too....

You can spend 2 hours with it easily without getting bored, you won't even notice.
Uncharted series is something you must get aswell.
And if you want to shit yourself, then Dead Space 2 is neat choice.

Well i dont have a ps3 but i know of some good games:

Uncharted, both of them

Battlefield 3 (comes out in a few days)

Well oblivion is kinda good

Definitely get Uncharted 1 & 2. They come boxed together these days!

Don't get Black Ops. If you're into the MW series, get 3 when it comes out and see if it's any good. If you really want to play it, I'd say rent it first from your local video hire place and try before you buy.
Also, the Battlefield Bad Company games.

And if you feel like a challenge, Bayonetta and Devil May Cry 4 are great games. (Similar to God of War in play style)
(Although Bayonetta may challenge your masculinity)
And if you like fighting games, get Tekken 6 or Super Street Fighter IV.

There is a lot of interesting games available for PS3.
But I do not recommend playing FPS on a console.

However, it all depends on what you're more used to playing.
For instance, most of my friends are console-players and find playing with an infinitely more accurate mouse incredibly difficult.
Whereas I find FPS games on a console difficult because the analogue sticks are too sensitive/not sensitive enough. Especially prevalent with snipers in various games.
