Textures
What if sold a Full 128 to someone then I tell him to not use or get the art that's with the textures then suddenly he sells the set to someone else. What do I do?

Report him. If you only sold him the items, he isn't the owner of the art equipped on the texture items unless the owner of the art on the textures states otherwise.
