Well you need to head to the Unibash Video and art forum to find out > http://forum.toribash.com/forumdisplay.php?f=510 You will have to apply for it and from my understanding you will need to be pretty good with Art or film. Applications require previews of your art/video work and there are helpful tutorials there to get you started (Assuming you don't know much about Art/Film).
