How do I make one of those 30tc things? I went to the tutorials page, pressed ctr+f and typed 30tc but nothing came up. Can anyone help me?

Can it go any higher than 30 TC?

The only way you get more than 30tc, is if the person then creates an account too, I'm not sure if it still works, but normally you would get 30tc then 100tc afterwards if they register.

But them just clicking your referal link gives you 30tc no more no less.
