No removed an infraction! Actualy when an infraction is expired, it's basicly removed.
It just stays there to keep you and the admins track of your history!
So in short, no it won't be removed completely!
Unless however the infraction was made from an unjustice case!

Yes it can be deleted, even bans can be removed completely from your infraction list. But most of the time it will be just reversed in case the infraction was made unjustly.

The infraction I had was not made unjustly as it was clearly my own fault. So, that means mine is not "removable".
