It was removed because it used up a shitload of bandwidth for no better reason than to be a place for people to act like dicks.

It seemed more than that. Wibbles was a waste of forum space, and it was pointless to have. Whether or not it was fun for people, the staff team had a good reason to destroy it, and that's exactly what they did.
