what is the difference in left arm text to hand text?

If I recall correctly, when someone says left arm textures, they mean all of the textures of the left arm, they are left bicep, left tricep, left hand.

Left hand texture is only the cube that you see at the end of your arm, basicaly the thing you grab with.
