I know that Account selling is fake but is Account giving good?
My cousin has a 10'th Dan and he is going to give it to me because I bought him such a nice present. Is he allowed to do that?

Nope, account trading, selling or giving is illegal.

Anything that involves giving passwords is illegal,I got banned for giving away my alts.

Last time I checked you were ALOUD to sell accounts as long as you don't advertise/make threads to do it. Things like putting "PM me for buying info on 10th dan etc etc" in your signature are aloud, last time I checked.

Account giving away is fine, also, you won't get banned for receiving someones password and they won't get banned for giving you it, that would be stupid.
