Hints for exersizing better (Need good advise)
Need some advise from people, also I can give advise.

Try the "10 push-up challenge" that was started on here, where basically every time you post, you do 10 push-ups.

Powerball is a pretty good thing for your arms.
Also prevents carpal tunnel, and is wayyyy better and cheaper than tons of dumbells.

.. do this down until 1, then go back up to 10

that equals 109 pushups and 109 crunchs
10 down, 10 up

NO REST
Do 10 push ups and crunches every night. It worked for me and i had a little six pack. Then peanut butter and jelly sandwiches came.

SwordFlips, you can only start at 1 or 2 push ups Because you wont get any muscle. The fact is that you you do more than the normal amount you just pushing yourself way toooo much. That means you wont get any muscle, it will just get hard and your body cant handle the amount. So its just doing more than the normal and hurting your body. Start little.
