Send it to any person with a red name.

No need to fill a form. Make sure the nickname you want is available (if it's not, it might belong to an inactive user, so you might get the nickname anyway).

If the nickname you want is taken, ask an admin (someone with a read name) if it is possible to have it anyway.

If you can have the nickname, sent 100k TC to an admin, with a note saying which nickname you want.
