As Tonakai said, it does nothing but a collectors item. You don't know what it does? If you sell misc> misc items..... If you sell it, people will offer more than 10k TC.... Depends on the item.....

Pretty much a collector's item, sort of like useless stuff like art, but is worth a lot because people like it to the point that they will buy their children away, especially if there is history about it.
