Are you allowed to change uke's textures?
I was wondering if you are allowed to change uke's textures, and i'm like

Yeah.
Just go to Toribash folder > custom > pick one player with cool textures and copy the different texture TGA files. For instance: l_pecs.tga is left pecs texture, chest.tga is for chest texture, etc. > Then just go to the Uke's custom folder and paste all the texture files you've selected.
Open game and voila! Uke has the textures you've selected from one player.
If you also want give Uke's a new combo of force/relax/ghost, etc. just copy item.tga from the folder of one player with a combo you like and replace by the item.tga (if is there's one) on Uke's folder.
Any doubts or question, feel free to ask.
