Why are som items in USD?
Like pure and void.

What if when you buy pure relax for 2 USD can you apply it even if you dont have 10,000 qi?

Afaik, those items are no-qi, meaning the usually qi restrictions don't apply on that item. That basically means no matter what belt you are you can wear the item. You usually have to pay alot for no-qi items (except for lotteries etc.)

They have the same qi restrictions as they did when they were in the torishop for TC. Why they were changed i don't know, same thing has happened with collectors items.

Why would torishop gain tc if it can make tc
but they can use usd in alot of things

Because toribash isn't make as much money as it did with the Promo-team so they need to employ new tactics to get $$$.

This is false.
Qi restriction does still apply.
The no qi items from the marketeers are the only source for no qi items.
