What includes a full set? And if you have it all in your deactivated, does it show up as achievement?

Full set color is what you can see here, that's the full set of that color. it shows up as an achievement but it will take sometimes a day to be given to you.

If full set textures, its all the body textures not including the head and bumpmap textures. Full set textures doesn't have an achievement .
