about qi items
when you want to send someone an item with ummm lets say a 10000 qi restriction. what if the other person doesnt have that amount of qi,will the item send or not?

No, it will only send if he has enough qi. A message will pop up that it's not possible so it will stay in your inventory.
QI allows for different belts and items. It also serves as "experience points." Restrictions such as Beginners rooms allow so not just anyone, say a 10th dan black belt, to enter and demolish all of the newer players.

there are items that you can send without Qi restriction. Those are the toripacks. It doesnt have any Qi restrictions whatever item(s) in it.

No, a set stores item but toripack is an item that has items within it and once you unpack it, you can already use the items in it and you cannot pack it again.
