You simply beat the person in game that has the bounty and you claim it.
But if you have put the bounty on someone,you cant claim it.
Inactive Due to RL Issues.

Remember, the system has been glitchy for a couple months (Maybe even a year) and some bounties that WERE claimed, the tc was never paid out.
