Hey everyone.
Im wondering if theres any trusted programs or techniques you use to convert files.
Right now I own a copy of Portal 1 and 2.
I would like to use the sound files for a project im doing. Also I would like to use them for a DQ Sound as well.

Is there anything you would suggest?
