It hasn't worked for me in a while so I wouldn't use it until you are completely sure.

I put one on yesterday, it worked fine. You can see the bounties are being claimed now as well, they weren't when it was down.

It cant have been down for long. I got a bounty like 2 weeks ago, by some random fag that tried to scam me too. I gave myself a new one the next day though.
