Not sure, but I think with ToriPrime you can upload avatars 110x110.
About signatures, with Toriprime you can upload signatures with 400x100, and with VIP 650x200.

normal users get 2 lines of signature space (no pictures allowed)

Toriprime users can upload 1 picture that is a maxmum of 400x100 pixels and get 4 lines of sig space.

VIP users can upload 1 picture that is 650x200 and use [img] tags, and get 6 lines of sig space.

VIP users really can just upload unlimited images. Nobody actually uses the [sigpic][sigpic]
