Go in, fixed prices as you can see, click and buy...

You will see many threads with titles.. Open the one you are looking for. Offer with a price you have, don't lie.
And eventually when they are online they will send you the item if they agree..
Another way, you can look at others inventories by clicking on their names and click on "See deactivated inventory" and send them a PM with you offer. If they agree you can buy it.
