I wanted to know how it works, beacuse there are some free textures and i wanted to get but i dont know how to, what itens do i need to get, do i just need any item from that color or i need to have the exact one plz help

From there I think you've been seeing free head textures, so buy the 2,000 tc head texture.
Then save the free head you want as a .jpg file
Now go here - http://forum.toribash.com/tori_textures.php
After you've activated the head texture, select the file you just saved
Press upload
