Dat Ern, welcome back doing replays.
You surely know how to play in singleplayer, your unique and oldschool style definitely proves it.
But, times have kinda changed.
Being sure that you are not going to try a new way of messing up with your tori, I'd suggest you to watch a few examples and see what are the new replays about

As you can see, they all have several factories in common such as speed and brutality.
This is probably what your replays lack of, but it's not a bad thing, it's just your style.
Skeet have also (let's say) improved somehow. Throwing a piece of yours ruins the flow of the replay since you aren't able to do anything after that.
Starting using uke's body parts to make skeets would be the best thing for a replay.
Also, try to stay on your feet as much as possible and not to fly away.
