will the authority in this game make new items ?

There used to be a deal where if you pay $4000 USD you can get any item you want made up, and you get as many of them as you want. (eg a hat.)

Although veb offered that deal like 2 years ago, so not sure if it still stands.

There aren't really any more possibilities, and really you've been hearing 4.0 rumors forever, it's probably not happening anytime soon.

There are just too many colors. Now there are 65, when they used to have about 18 before 3.0. We really don't need more colors, or items at all.
