Sometimes they take a while to show up. Its taken as long as a month for me. Just wait it out.

They are still up to date; It's just that they don't show.

The update that happens once every 24 hours is currently taking over 25 hours to get though all the members. Simple maths tells you it aint getting to the last part of the user list.
