Not going to happen. That would ruin the whole purpose of ban. It works as a punishment 'cause you cannot access to your stuff or to your character.

When you are banned (depending of the ban), your items are ider remove or they stay at your account.
In case they are removed, you wont get them back.
In case the items stay at your account, you will need to wait for beeing unbanned.
