yea i agree...isn't one of the qualities of the elite to have the judgment to pick out good recruits? I'm sure that as elites we know the right criteria as well.

Well, you guys could be their first test, to see how they good they are. If you think that they're good, you can pass em on to us.

that is completely unnecessary. if you can't trust our opinion, its better for you to do all the testing yourself. There is no reason to undergo 2 tests, if 1 doesn't even really count.
