I was in tourney and got 1st place.
I asked him countless times for the tc he promised (6k running tourney).
Hes not giving me the tc though he said he already did.
My inbox had no message from toribot telling me about the transfer of tc and there is no record of tc from him anytime during and after the time of said tourney (I can provide images of inbox and account history if nessacary)

Yes, this is a perfectly acceptable reason for reporting someone.

I can confirm that Jamien hosted a 6k running tournament, he opped me to help manage it. However, after shmevin won and I was afk, jamien apparently told shmevin that he would send the prizes to me and I would forward the prizes to shmevin.

Shmevin can, I am sure, prove that he won the tournament by referencing PM's and screenshots.
Looking at jamien's transfer history, it's clear that he has not sent tc to either me or shmevin: http://forum.toribash.com/tori_trans...sername=Jamien

As I advised you when you PM'd me, just take the problem to an smod who will happily sort it out.

Edit: as you can see jamien has no tc: http://blamsdump.netii.net/stats.php?user=Jamien so he can no longer pay shmevin even if he's willing to.
